Pareidolia Magazin was a zine edited by Tim Reuscher, published and distributed by Sternstunden des Kapitalismus in Hamburg, Germany. The first issue was published in 2008. / Pareidolia wurde von Tim Reuscher editiert und von Sternstunden des Kapitalismus produziert und vertrieben. Die erste Ausgabe ist 2008 erschienen.
Pareidolia featured short stories and poems by authors like Clemens Schittko, Jürgen Landt, Claire Walka, Kai Pohl, Boris Guschlbauer and Bdolf. Cartoons, comics and illustrations are contributed by a range of artists including Abigail Richter, Sorina Vazelina, Vera Bekema, Neele Bunjes, Rachel Denti, Moriz Stetter, Tim Reuscher and Serafine Frey.
The zine was mostly xeroxed, covers sometimes were risographed, laserprinted or woodcut. Format: 12 cm x 16 cm, 32 pages. Issue 11 is an audio file.
In 2019 there was a 11th anniversary edition of Pareidolia – consisting of Pareidolia 29 and a zine with pictures from the history of Pareidolia, in 2021 Pareidolia is dead.
